The conversation centered on the newest emerging trends in the home closing process—which continues to be fairly antiquated for most of today’s homeowners. But, as the real estate industry as a whole moves towards embracing digital solutions, it was exciting to share and learn more about the leaps and bounds being made to improve the notoriously opaque, frustrating, and stressful process of buying, refinancing, or selling a home.

Here at Spruce, we’re on a mission to make real estate transactions more amazing for everyone involved, and were excited to share how our one-of-a-kind product and team are helping revolutionize the home closing process.

We’re the only title and settlement company with an end-to-end API, and proprietary digital closing platform where homeowners can view documents prior to signing, fund transactions via online banking, and schedule a notary to meet them at a time and place of their choosing.

We believe the future of closings will be fueled by the convenience of these types of innovative technologies—putting homeowners in control of their most important asset. In addition to tech, we've also built a fantastic operations team with deep title and closing expertise to help guide homeowners throughout the process. We're building towards a new standard in real estate transactions, in which buying or selling a home is simple, affordable, and effortless.
